Genesis Hospice, LLC is the first Medicare Certified, Proprietary Hospice Agency in Northeastern Nevada. We are collaborating our Hospice Care with a reputable, non-profit, volunteer hospice – Horizon Hospice, who has been providing volunteer and bereavement services in this community for almost 30 years. It is a program of high-quality and compassionate care that helps patients and families live with dignity and comfort all the days of their lives.

What is Hospice?
Hospice is a compassionate form of care designed to provide comfort and support to patients and their families in facing a life-limiting illness. It addresses the patient’s medical, social, psychological, and spiritual needs and helps promote dignity and affirms their quality of life.
What is Palliative Care?
Palliative Care is a specialized medical care that focuses on providing relief to patients from the symptoms and stress of a serious illness. It relieves the suffering and improves the quality of life for people of any age and at any stage in a serious illness, whether that illness is curable, chronic or life-threatening.
